HelMA scientists honoured
Prof. Dr. Thomas Gasser and Prof. Dr. Magdalena Götz awarded
In 2010, again HelMA scientists were honoured with awards for their scientific work.
- Thomas Gasser (Hertie Institut, Universität Tübingen) received the Dingebauer-Preis der Deutschen Gesellschaft für Neurologie (DGN). This award is granted every two years for excellent research achievements in the field of Parkinson and other degenerative diseases of the nervous System. further information
- Magdalena Götz (Helmholtz Zentrum München and Ludwig-Maximilians-Universität München) was awarded with the Bundeverdienstkreuz am Bande (Federal Cross of Merit) by the German Government. This medal honours political, economical/social or scientific achievements of German citizens. further information
